When submitting a bid in response to this request for quote, the supplier acknowledges that he is aware that:
1. The proceedings shall be conducted on the basis of the OWZ in force in Cersanit S.A., the Civil Code and other mandatory laws.
2. The OWs shall apply to the performance of the contract to the extent not separately regulated by the parties in the tendering process. The submission of an offer is equivalent to the supplier's acceptance of the TOC.
3.the selection of the tender shall be without ambiguity as to the conclusion of an agreement between the parties to the tender procedure.’

The subject of the inquiry is purchase of service Determination of slip resistance of floorings acc. to norm EN 16165:21

The purchase will be realization based on OWZ agreement (OWZ template is in the attachment).

The planned date of implementation 15.12.2022

- Estimated quantities of days for determination

- Guarantee

- Confirmation of autorization

Test for 2 assortments of porcelain tiles in accordance with the attachments:
- Annex A - Barefoot ramp method
- Annex B - Shod ramp test
- Annex C - Pendulum test
- Annex D - Trimbometer test
