By submitting an offer in response to this inquiry, the Supplier confirms that it is aware that:
1. The proceedings are conducted on the basis of the OWZ in force in Cersanit S.A., the Civil Code and other mandatory provisions of law.
2. To the implementation of the concluded Agreement, the OWZ shall apply to the extent not regulated separately by the Parties in the process of bidding. Submission of an offer is tantamount to acceptance of the GTC by the Supplier.
3.the selection of the offer shall be tantamount to the conclusion of an Agreement between the Parties to the offer proceeding.”

The subject of the inquiry is the purchase of Pendulum.
Instrument for the determination of the slipperiness according to:
DIN CEN/TS 16165 annex C,
ASTM E303 Standard Method for - Measuring Surface Frictional Properties Using British Pendulum
BS EN 1097-8 Determination of Polished Stone Value
BS 7976 Method of operation and calibration of the pendulum tester.

The contract will be concluded in the form of an OWZ for the duration of the order processing.

- poa_supplier_template (to be completed in case the documents are signed by a person outside the registration document .a person who authorizes and is not listed in the registration document should send his authorization to conclude contracts on behalf of the company – signed by a person from the registration document)

- statement of bank account (for companies that are not yet our supplier)

-business partner statement (signed by the owner or person authorized to sign contracts - required only for new suppliers)
