This is to invite you to provide us with your offer, on the basis of the enclosed documents.


Required product: Ball Valve 976531 or an alternative product

Annual consumption: 9000 up to 12000 pcs (partial deliveries in lots of 1500-3000 pcs)

Delivery terms: DAP 22-300 Krasnystaw POLAND

By submitting an offer in response to this request, the Supplier confirms that he is aware that:

1. The procedure is conducted on the basis of the general terms of purchase (OWZ) in force at Cersanit S.A., the Civil Code and other mandatory provisions of law.

2. For the performance of the concluded Agreement, the general terms of purchase (OWZ) shall apply to the extent not regulated separately by the Parties in the Tender Procedure. The submission of the Offer is equal to the acceptance of the general terms of purchase (OWZ) by the Supplier.

3. The selection of the Offer will be equal to the conclusion of the Agreement between the Parties of Tender Procedure.
