We would like to invite you to submit an offer for the supply of forklifts for short-term rental:

12 – months included further extension option. Forklift will be used at the Cersanit Romania distribution center located in:

Distribution Center - 607315 Bacau (RO)

1 Offer should include:

· Suggested payment term: 60 days

· Full service support, in accordance with attached specifications to the quotation

· Separate offer/price list without full service support + additional cost price (e.g. rate per man-hour / man-days)

· Mandatory third party liability insurance included in the rental fee

· Supplier is mandatory obligated to:

- send all required documents (based on local law) that confirm the rights to use them and supplier is also obligated to renew them on time

- send all documents that confirm safe & healthy requirements

- send third party liability and other insurance (including terms and conditions)

· As additional option: forklift fleet management system (remote locking and unlocking forklift, access to all services history & financial services, information about accidents & hits, etc)

2. To the offer please also attach:

a) technical specification: quantity, delivery date and terms, payment date and other features of the Product that are significant from the point of view of the transaction,

b) the offer must include net rental prices per month listed separately for each forklift (including full service),

c) please list all possible costs that need to be paid in future which offer does not include

d) guaranteed forklifts delivery date to our destination counted from placing order date.

f) draft of contract (the most important conditions), Cersanit allow to sign contract with our draft or proposed by supplier -> after checking by Legal Department

g) supplier warranty of contract – its terms, period of validity, civil/public/individual liability insurance, concessions, certificates etc.

h) general information about company like:

- annual turnover in €

- confirmation from competent office about lack of being arrears with any payments

- financial documents appropriate to the form of business activity

i) By submitting an Offer, the Supplier irrevocably and without reservation accepts the content of these GPT. The Supplier excludes the use of any contractual provisions recorded on any

documents (including invoices or other delivery documents) contrary to the provisions of these GPT, including, without limitation, the Supplier's own general terms of sale or other documents of a similar nature.k) a reference list from any customer and other documents need to assess supplier ability to perform the scope of the offer

j) Cersanit Group reserves the right to asking in future for sending other needed information and documentation.
