currently we are looking for  a special product dedicated to sanitaryware production: 

antibacterial raw material for sanitary ware glazes.

The raw material should have antimicrobial activity against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus bacteria on fired glaze.

The raw material should not change the color of the glaze. It must be resistant to the high firing temperature of sanitary ware, i.e., 1250°C. 

It is recommended to perform antimicrobial testing with proposed product to confirm its effectiveness.

By submitting a bid in response to this Request for Proposal, the Bidder confirms that it is aware of the following:

1. The procedure is conducted pursuant to the General Terms and Conditions of Purchase applicable at Cersanit S.A., the Civil Code, and other generally applicable laws.

2. To the extent not otherwise regulated by the Parties within this bidding process, the provisions of the General Terms and Conditions of Purchase shall apply to the performance of the Agreement. Submission of a bid is deemed to constitute full acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Purchase by the Bidder.

3. Selection of the bid constitutes the conclusion of an Agreement between the Parties.

4. The procedure is not subject to the provisions of the Public Procurement Law.

5. Communication during the procedure takes place via the Logintrade platform, by email with the Buyer, or with the person responsible for the specific request.

6. The Ordering Party reserves the right to reject the bid in the event of: failure to meet the conditions specified in the request, lack of required documents, abnormally low price, ongoing disputes with the Bidder, provision of false information, or personal/capital ties to the Ordering Party.

7. The Ordering Party may cancel the procurement process at any stage without providing a reason.

8. If the subject matter of the procurement process and the law governing the contract require the contract to be concluded in writing under pain of nullity (e.g., a work, exclusive license, other rights within the meaning of the Copyright and Related Rights Act or the Industrial Property Law), the condition precedent to concluding the contract is the delivery to the Ordering Party, within 7 days, of a signed agreement transferring the relevant rights, consistent with the template provided by the Ordering Party.The contract must be concluded in writing under pain of nullity (e.g., signed personally or with qualified electronic signatures) in accordance with the Bidder's representation rules or by a proxy (together with a valid power of attorney).The contract should be sent as an electronic file containing qualified electronic signatures, or in its original form, to the following address: Cersanit S.A., Al.Solidarności 36, 25-323 Kielce, with the name and surname of the person conducting the procurement process annotated, and as a scan to the email address provided.Failure to deliver the Agreement will result in the contract being null and void.

By submitting a bid, the Bidder declares that:

1. It has not undertaken, is not undertaking, and will not undertake any corrupt activities, in particular those involving the offering, acceptance, giving, or requesting of financial or personal benefits in connection with this procedure.

2. It is not listed on the sanctions list referred to in the Act of April 13, 2022, on special measures to counteract support for aggression against Ukraine and to protect national security (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 835).

3. It does not cooperate with entities based or operating in the territory of the Russian Federation or the Republic of Belarus, or with entities affiliated with them by capital or personal means – within the scope of the indicated sanctions act.

4. It is reliable, solvent, and has the required experience and appropriate authorizations to perform the subject matter of the contract.
